The shred days are higher in volume and faster-paced, which can help with additional calorie burning.
Fit to your schedule...
If you want to train 4x per week, omit Workout 3 & Workout 6.
If you want to do HIIT or MetCons, add them after upper body training days.
If you want to train 5x per week, you may choose which optional day to omit.
For home training, if you can’t go heavy, add reps until you’re 3-4 reps from failure on each set.
You can also incorporate partial reps and iso-holds (long squeezes). Keep track of your reps and increase from week to week.
