In this 4-week fitness challenge you’ll have a...

blend of strength days and shredding - sculpting days.

This gives you effective compound movements along with targeted isolation movements to help with adding shape to the muscle.

The shred days are higher in volume and faster-paced, which can help with additional calorie burning.

📝 Always note – progress with fat loss and/or muscle gain is dependent on calories.


Fit to your schedule...

Train 4-6x Per Week

  • If you want to train 4x per week, omit Workout 3 & Workout 6.

  • If you want to do HIIT or MetCons, add them after upper body training days.

  • If you want to train 5x per week, you may choose which optional day to omit.

  • For home training, if you can’t go heavy, add reps until you’re 3-4 reps from failure on each set.

    You can also incorporate partial reps and iso-holds (long squeezes). Keep track of your reps and increase from week to week.

Do I need access to a gym?

Nope! You’ll get both gym and home workout options.

What if I’m a beginner?

This challenge is beginner-friendly and includes modifications – just bring your willingness to work and show up.

What equipment do I need for home?

A few dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat are enough to get started.

How long are the workouts?

About 30–45 minutes per session (60 min MAX). Efficient, effective, and made to fit your schedule.

Will THERE BE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY?

YES! We have a VIP Challenge group where you can check in every day as you complete the workout. Share your wins and connect with other ladies in the challenge!

WILL I BE ABLE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS IF I DON'T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING?

YES, absolutely! We will have LIVE Q&As where you can ask your questions. If you can't make it live, you'll be able to watch the replay in your member's area!
