Making the Switch and the Commitment

The pic on the left was taken after I won the Figure Olympia in 2012. The pic on the right was taken as I prepared to make my IFBB Pro League Bikini debut.

Anytime you want to change your physique, there are a few things to consider:

Erin's Journey from Figure to Bikini

Month 1

Start off by taking a few pics to establish your baseline and/or measurements so you can have awesome before & after photos when you complete the program. Workouts will be 5-6 days and you can choose between home or gym options.

Month 2

NEW workout split and a 6th training day. Stepping up the workouts a bit to bring the gains to yo' booty or to sculpting your masterpiece!

Month 3

New workout split that includes high frequency and a little less volume per workout. With the high-frequency workouts, you will see some really great results.

FAQs

When I buy the Glute Gains program today, will I always have access to it?

Yes, once you purchase the Glute Gains - booty workout program, you will always have access to it in your Erin Stern Fitness member's area.

Does this booty workout program include gym or home workouts?

The Glute Gains program offers both options for the gym or home workouts. You will get to choose either or bounce back & forth between them depending on your fitness equipment setup.

Is this workout progarm 4, 8, or 12 weeks?

The Glute Gains program is 12-weeks (90 days)

Will there be video demos of the exercises or will I have to look them up?

All exercises will have video demonstrations recorded by Erin Stern that demonstrate the exercise and show the proper form that Erin recommends.

Is there a PDF that I can print to track my workouts and progress?

Yes, you will have access to a progress tracker as well as a workout pdf for each week that you can print to track your workouts.

If I go to the gym, how can I access the workouts to see the demonstrations.

You will have access to follow-along workouts that are mobile-friendly inside your member's area. So you can take Erin to the gym with you or follow along from home. Each pdf has clickable links for each exercise to watch the video demonstrations as well.
