PEAK WEEK

This is the week of your physique reveal. You’ll be cutting calories and carbs, and the purpose of the
workouts is to deplete your muscles of glycogen. When you “carb up” later in the week, you’ll look ripped!

45 seconds recovery between sets, supersets, and circuits.

For weights, use 30-40% of the weight you’d normally lift. If you’re truly depleted, the last 4-5 reps will really burn!
