FitU Monthly WK 38: " Mini-Cut"


  • For maximum calorie burn, opt for 6 days per week, HIIT, and finishers.

  • If you train 5x per week, feel free to start on Day 2 to get the max calorie burn per workout. 

  • For exercises in red, lift heavy (but safely and with good form), and allow 90 seconds to 2 minutes between sets or supersets.

  • For other exercises, rest 30-45 seconds. Time all recovery – it goes quickly!
